Check Out Fee - £120 - 300 (inc VAT) -
(depending on size of property & amount of furnishings), where an independent inventory clerk was used to do the check in. Attending the property to undertake an updated Schedule of Condition based on the original inventory and negotiating the repayment of the security deposit
Outgoing Reference Fee - £24 (inc VAT) per reference request
Collating information and preparing a reference for a future landlord, letting agent or other
Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments - Interest at 8% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due
